Clear skies

The simmering sun on shiny shore;
The purple paints on turquoise trails;
Half panting larks limbering for games;
A spire weaved around the smoke
that climbs up rakes of ridgy caves
and leads to lush lawns overhead :
An eagle eye in clear skies.
